Email address (Founding Circle waitlist and marketing)
When you enter your email address in the sign-up form on our website, we use it to send you news, product updates, and offers from KEANO. Sign-up uses a double opt-in process: after submitting the form you receive a confirmation email, and we only add you to our list once you click the confirmation link. This confirms your consent and protects against misuse of your address.

- Data processor: We use MailerLite, an email marketing service, to store our mailing list and send these emails on our behalf. - Data collected: Your email address, together with the date, time, and record of your consent (including your double opt-in confirmation), which we keep as proof of consent
- Retention: We store your email address until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent, after which it is removed from our list
- International transfers: Where your data is processed outside the European Economic Area by MailerLite or its sub-processors, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
- No selling: We never sell your email address or share it with third parties for their own marketing
